Eagle Eyes Proofreading
I am dedicated to serving my clients with exceptional service.
I am devoted to using my proofreading skills to produce my very best work for my clients.
I am committed to responding to communications in a timely manner.
Court reporting can be a stressful career with daunting deadlines and an abundant — and sometimes overabundant — workload. My daily goal is to serve my clients with excellence; I am equipped with the skills necessary to boost your success and to help you produce top-notch transcripts.
While I have familiarity with Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters and Margie Wakeman Wells’s Court Reporting: Bad Grammar/Good Punctuation, I work hard to accommodate your individual preferences as well. I absolutely love the flexibility of working from home, and I am delighted to be able to transform my critical eye for spelling and punctuation errors into a profitable business.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions; I would love the opportunity to chat with you — via phone or email — to see if we’re a good fit to work together. I am looking forward to working as a team and building a great relationship with you.

Proofreading ProfessionalScope and spell-check your transcript. My job is to do a final read-through of your transcript to proofread it, not scope it. Exceptionally messy transcripts will be up-charged or sent back.
Convert your transcript to a PDF file. If your computer is not already equipped with a converter, you can download a free one online. I am happy to assist or educate about the conversion process, if needed.
Email your transcript to me as a PDF file. In your email, please specify which turnaround time you are in need of. I will confirm receipt and availability as soon as possible.
The annotation program I use allows me to highlight text and make notations directly on the pages of my clients’ PDF transcript files. The corrections are easy to see. **Please note that I do not proof against audio files.
When I email your corrections file to you upon completion of the transcript, I only return the pages on which I suggested corrections. That way you won’t have to search through all of the pages unnecessarily.
For my regular clients, I email invoices on the 15th and last day of each month; payment is due within 15 days. New clients and one-off jobs are billed immediately, and payment is due within 15 days. I currently accept checks and PayPal, but I am open to considering other payment methods if you have a different preference.
